Two ways in. Pick the one that fits where you are.

We come to your practice
We collect and return instruments across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley on a weekly route, free of charge. Outside the route, mail-in is welcome.

Follow these four steps so your instruments arrive safely.
Step 1
Sterilize first
Sterilize every instrument before you ship it. If you can, leave them sealed in their sterilization bags.
Step 2
Pack tightly
Use a box with packing material. Loose, sharp tips can break through the package and hurt someone.
Step 3
Tell us what you need
Add a short note. If there are no instructions, we'll sharpen, retip or repair each instrument as it needs.
Step 4
Add your contact details
Put a business card or note in the box with a contact name and phone number.
